The Nitty Gritty
Join Tritton Operations as a Community Relations Advisor. This role is a key role focused on building strong, respectful relationships with community members, landowners, Traditional Owners and key stakeholders.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on engagement, supporting community initiatives, cultural heritage obligations, stakeholder relationships and social performance across the operation.

What you Bring:
- Experience in business administration, social performance, community and stakeholder engagement, ESG, sustainability, government or corporate relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social sciences, communications or a related discipline are desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social data, identify trends and translate insights into practical actions.
- Proven skills in mediation, negotiation and influencing.
- Experience working effectively in cross-cultural environments.
- Strong media relations and public presentation skills, with the ability to support and promote community engagement activities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with enthusiasm and commitment.

The Company
Tritton Operations
Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.
Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
