Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Build communication and engagement channels from the ground up.
- Create project updates, bulletins and workforce communications that people actually read.
- Partner with project managers, operational leaders and field teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Drive adoption of digital communication tools and platforms.
- Track engagement and identify opportunities to improve communication across the project.
- Support project delivery and change initiatives as the program evolves.
What we're looking for You'll probably have:
- 3+ years' experience in telecommunications, construction, utilities or another project-based industry.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly SharePoint.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach—you don't wait to be told what to do.
- The confidence to work with everyone from project managers through to field crews.
- Experience in workforce engagement, change management or large infrastructure projects will put you ahead of the pack.
