Reporting to the Commercial Manager Revenue, the primary purpose of this role is to create shipping documentation and generate invoices, with a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and compliance.
This is a Newcastle office-based position, working Monday to Friday, where you will develop and maintain key relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with Logistics, Glencore International offices, Customers and Port and Ships Agents
- Prepare and manage export documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs, and other regulatory documents).
- Generate and issue commercial invoices in line with contract terms and export compliance requirements.
About You
- Demonstrated experience with commercial terms and basic Trade Finance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- High level of interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills.
