Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for machining a variety of components using CNC machinery including lathes, milling machines and borers. You will work across diverse projects that support industries such as mining, agriculture, rail and heavy industry. This position will see you contributing to high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong safety and accuracy standards within a collaborative workshop environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes and borers
- Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner or similar
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
