About the Role

Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily construction activities across bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure works. You'll work closely with project engineering, survey, environmental and QA teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day site operations across bulk earthworks and civil works packages
  • Supervising subcontractors, plant operators and field personnel
  • Coordinating works across access roads, haul roads, drainage and supporting infrastructure
  • Driving safety performance through pre-starts, toolbox talks and frontline leadership
  • Monitoring productivity, progress and construction outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards
  • Reporting progress and identifying opportunities to improve delivery outcomes

About You / Requirements

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in remote construction environments and knows how to get the best from a crew.

You will bring:

  • 10+ years' experience supervising civil construction projects
  • Strong bulk earthworks experience on mining, resources or major infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of haul roads, drainage, cut and fill operations, and erosion and sediment control works
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in challenging greenfield environments
  • White Card
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current Manual Driver's Licence
