The Opportunity

As a leading labour hire provider, we’re actively recruiting experienced civil plant operators for ongoing metro-based projects across subdivisions, roads, rail, and broader civil infrastructure works. We partner with reputable Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, giving you access to steady work on well-run sites, competitive rates, and roles that match your skills and tickets. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and looking for consistent opportunities close to home, we offer the flexibility and support of labour hire with the security of long-term project placements. The ideal candidate will have experience operating any of the following:

• Excavators (various sizes)
• Loaders
• Graders
• Dozers
• Skid Steers
• Scrapers
• Moxy/Watercart/Rollers
• Plant used in bulk and detailed earthworks
• Civil works including subdivisions, road construction, rail corridors, drainage, and services
• Final Trim and GPS Operators highly encouraged to apply To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:
• Relevant plant tickets and demonstrated operating experience
• Construction White Card
• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures
• Ability to pass a D&A screening

The Process All shortlisted candidates must be able to attend a face-to-face interview at our WA office and successfully complete a drug and alcohol test, prior to commencing work.
