The Opportunity

Join the Thiess team and contribute to the efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of the Coal Handling Preparation Plant (CHPP) at our Lake Vermont Mine near Dysart.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the CHPP Trade Operator, Lubrication role. These roles offer excellent career development opportunities, comprehensive training, and a competitive remuneration package.

Roster: 7/7 | Location: Dysart, QLD | Employment Type: Permanent

As part of the CHPP Maintenance team, you will:

• Perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of fixed plant equipment grease lubrication systems and component oils within the CHPP.
• General maintenance, breakdowns, services, and component changeouts.

About you

• Trade qualification in mechanical fitting or equivalent.
• Proven experience maintaining fixed plant equipment.
• High commitment to safety and maintenance practices.
