This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of new technology and ways of working across a large, site-based workforce. Your new role

This FIFO position is focused heavily on internal communications, stakeholder engagement and change management. Working closely with project leaders, operational teams and key stakeholders, you will develop and deliver communication and engagement strategies that support a significant site transformation initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing change and communication plans.
• Creating engaging internal communication campaigns and materials.
• Translating complex technical information into simple, audience-focused messaging.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and project forums.
• Assessing change impacts and supporting change readiness across the workforce.
• Coaching leaders and stakeholders through periods of change.
• Managing communication channels, presentations, newsletters and other engagement materials.
• Tracking progress against project milestones and change objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in internal communications, change management, employee engagement or organisational development.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale change or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing communication assets including presentations, newsletters, posters and engagement materials.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project coordination capabilities.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with operational and corporate stakeholders.
