What’s the role?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cook / Barista to join our team at our client site in Berkeley Vale.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the café and kitchen. This hands-on role includes food preparation, coffee making, counter service, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages
• Making coffees and supporting café operations
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Assisting with basic food preparation, including sandwiches and light meals
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen and café
• Supporting general kitchen duties as required

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, cafés, or food service environments
• Barista experience and confidence preparing a range of coffee beverages
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A strong commitment to food safety and workplace hygiene standards

This is a Full Time role, Mon to Fri from 6.00am to 2.00pm 38hrs per week.
