The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced All-Round Operators and Digger Operators for permanent roles at a leading open-cut coal operation in Queensland.
Work within a high-performing production team operating large-scale machinery on a 7/7 lifestyle roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate diggers, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks in a production environment
• Support load and haul operations efficiently and safely
• Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks
• Maintain compliance with site procedures and safety systems
• Work alongside crews to achieve production targets

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years production mining experience
• Multi-skilled on diggers and/or ancillary equipment
• Standard 11 (S11) – current
• Coal Board Medical (CBM) – current
• Training transcripts required
• Current NPC (within 6 months)
• Strong safety focus and teamwork skills
• Equipment Exposure (Highly Regarded)
  • Excavators (incl. Liebherr 9800)
  • Dozers (D10, D11)
  • Loaders and ancillary equipment
  • Haul trucks (777–797 range)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current driver’s licence
• Must be flexible across crews and shifts
