About the Role

Monadelphous is seeking a new Business Analyst to join our Mining and Minerals North West Business Improvement Team. In this role, you will partner with our key stakeholders and established business development and improvement team to provide delivery and support as we launch our new Dynamics 365 program and beyond. This role plays a key part in improving user experience and business performance, whilst collating useful data to drive further improvements and provide support amongst the division. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Victoria Park Head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain delivery artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Lead discovery activities including workshops, interviews, and process/journey mapping
• Support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and migration from legacy systems
• Partner with developers, testers, and analysts to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and testable
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating decisions and resolving ambiguity
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability through build, test, and implementation
• Support UAT, defect triage, and validation of delivered outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and ways of working

About You / Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in delivery-focused roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a practical, value-driven mindset
• Proven ability to produce clear, structured documentation and delivery artefacts
• Collaborative team player across product, engineering, testing, and operations
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and outcome validation
• Excellent organisation and time management skills across multiple workstreams
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365) highly regarded
• Previous Mining industry experience is preferred
