Monadelphous is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Group IT team in Perth. This is a hands on technical role focused on developing, enhancing and supporting business applications. Using Python and other modern technologies, you'll build solutions, automate processes and improve business systems. • Develop and enhance business applications using Python and other modern technologies.
• Build solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
• Support, configure and improve business applications.
• Assist with integrations, workflows and data management.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• You are a technically minded professional who enjoys solving problems and building solutions.
• Experience developing solutions using Python, or similar modern programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• An interest in application development, automation and business systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and broaden your technical capability.
• Highly regarded but not essential:
• Experience supporting, administering or enhancing business applications
• Experience with databases, APIs and integrations
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML or CSS
