Business Partner Management Administrator

The opportunity: This newly created role has been established to support the rollout of a new Business Partner Management Framework. You'll become the central point for coordinating contractor compliance, supporting new systems and ensuring critical processes continue to run smoothly.

About you: We're looking for someone who enjoys coordinating people, systems and processes, with previous experience in contractor administration, compliance, procurement support or project administration.

You'll bring:

• Experience working within mining, resources or another regulated industry
• Exposure to contractor management, onboarding or compliance processes
• SAP experience, with INX (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and the confidence to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
• A Cert IV in WHS (essential).
