About the Role
This is a hands-on coordination role supporting high-volume mining recruitment across multiple projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring candidates progress through every stage of mobilisation efficiently while maintaining exceptional communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for new staff
- Schedule and monitor medicals, drug and alcohol testing, training and inductions
- Manage site-specific compliance requirements and onboarding documentation
- Liaise with candidates, recruiters, clients and external providers throughout the mobilisation process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is completed
- Resolve mobilisation issues quickly to minimise delays to project start dates
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and hiring managers
- Support recruitment administration as required
About You
- Previous mobilisation or recruitment coordination experience within mining, resources, labour hire or construction
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience working with compliance documentation, onboarding and workforce mobilisation
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
