Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for our client who delivers tailored material processing solutions for the mining, quarrying, and construction industries. Based in Forrestdale, this role requires an immediate start and will lead to a permanent position.

- Commencement ASAP
- Ongoing temp to permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm
- $50 - 58 hr + superannuation
What will the role see you responsible for?
- Reading and interpreting fabrication and engineering drawings
- Performing heavy-duty structural welding and wear-plate welding
- Cutting, fitting and assembling steel components
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on crushers, grizzly screens, GEDs, frames, conveyors and associated structures
- Working collaboratively with the workshop and site teams to meet project requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safety-focused workshop and yard environment
Requirements
- Relevant trade qualification with a minimum of 2 years' post-trade experience in a heavy industrial, mining or fabrication environment
- Demonstrated experience with structural and wear-plate welding (including site and/or workshop welding)
- Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to perform manual and labour-intensive tasks
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Unrestricted working rights
- Current high risk forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
