Boilermaker / Fabricator
Kwinana, WA
$40.00 - $55.00 p/h + super (permanent salary)
Monday - Friday (6.00am – 2.30pm)
Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a well-established WA-based steel construction company specialising in the fabrication and installation of structural steel across commercial and industrial projects.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join their workshop team in Kwinana.
This role will see you working on a variety of structural steel projects, focusing on fabrication, assembly, and welding to a high standard within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and assembly of structural steel components
- Perform MIG, Flux Core and MMAW welding
- Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Collaborate with team to support workflow and project delivery
About You
You will be a trade-qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator with solid experience working in a structural steel environment.
You take pride in your work, have strong attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Trade qualification in Boilermaking/Fabrication
- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience with MIG, Flux Core and MMAW welding
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Forklift or EWP tickets (highly regarded but not essential)
- Full Australian working rights
