Your new role
As a Boilermaker/Fabricator, you will be responsible for completing a range of fabrication and component reclamation work, primarily supporting mobile mining and underground equipment. This is a workshop-based role offering consistent hours, with the opportunity for regular overtime. You will be working with modern equipment and systems, contributing to quality outcomes while maintaining strong safety and QA standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Boilermaker/Fabricator)
- Proven experience in fabrication and reclamation work
- Strong jobbing/workshop background
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications
- Experience across various welding methods and associated equipment
- Commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards
- Willingness to learn new skills, including robotic welding
- Ability to produce accurate and timely work
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
