We are committed to providing a safe workplace, developing our people, and building long-term partnerships with our clients.The OpportunityRedpath Mining is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Bogger Operator to join our team at the Renison Project in Tasmania.Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground Loader equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.

Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate underground loader equipment in accordance with site standards and procedures. Complete assigned tasks and production activities as directed by Supervisors, supporting site production priorities and plans. Apply effective loading techniques to maximise productivity while maintaining a safe working environment. Maintain work areas to a high standard, including floor conditions, windrow removal, stockpile management, and stope brow sprinkler setup. Comply with all Redpath and client safety, operational, and site-specific procedures at all times.

Qualifications About YouMinimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment. Current Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded. Valid Manual Driver's Licence, Current First Aid & CPR, and Working at Heights certification. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions. Demonstrated commitment to safety, consistently upholding Redpath's "Safety – First, Last and Always" philosophy.
