About the Role

As part of our Drill & Blast teams, you’ll operate on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth. We are seeking a motivated Blast Crew Labourer who is ready to play an essential role in supporting safe, efficient blasting operations. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced operators and supervisors, contributing to the preparation, handling and execution of blast activities that keep production moving. You’ll be part of a tight‑knit crew that values precision, communication and reliability, with the opportunity to grow your capability as you rotate through different WA projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will operate on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
  • Support safe, efficient blasting operations.
  • Work alongside experienced operators and supervisors.
  • Contribute to the preparation, handling and execution of blast activities that keep production moving.
  • Rotate through different WA projects.
  • Be part of a tight‑knit crew that values precision, communication and reliability.

About You / Requirements

  • Min 1-2 years expereince in a production mining open pit environment in a similar position.
  • Current Dangerous Goods Security Card.
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Have a proactive attitude to safety.
  • Current WA Driver's licence.
  • A National Police Cleararance issued within the last 12 months.
