Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our Drill & Blast team in various roles.

This is a great opportunity to begin a career in the mining or drilling and blasting industry. The successful candidate will work on a 2:1 roster and be involved in supporting blasting operations and drill support across site.

This physically demanding role requires highly motivated candidates who enjoy working in extreme weather conditions within a team environment. FIFO ex Perth or DIDO from Karratha

Pay Rate: Days: $55.00

Roster: 2:1 Days only

Location: Pilbara/Karratha Region

Employment Type: Casual Full time hours

Job Title: Drill Support

Pay Rate: Days: $55.00 Nights $58.02

Roster: 2:1 Days and Nights

Location: Pilbara/Karratha Region

Employment Type: Casual Full time hours

1 Requirements:

• Current Valid Driver's License - Unrestricted HR
• MUST be clean shaven
• Ability to perform manual, physical work in outdoor and remote conditions
• MUST have current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) - or willing to obtain immediately if successful
• White Card
• Valid National Police Check within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain one)
• Full Australian working rights - no restrictions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Previous experience in mining, quarrying, or heavy industry (advantageous but not essential)
