Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an organised and proactive Bid/Tender Coordinator to support the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals and business development documentation. Working closely with operational, commercial and project teams, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities by ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, professionally presented and tailored to client requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a tender, bid, proposal, business development or administrative support role.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business administration, document control or tender coordination.
• Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience maintaining records, databases and document management systems.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
