About the Role

Monadelphous is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Beamline Programmer to join our RTW Fabrication Team in Capel. This is a Monday–Friday role offering stability and work-life balance in the South West. This is a Capel based role, and only local applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC beamline, plasma cutting, and tagging machines using Winbar and Winsteel software
• Interpret structural design drawings and convert them into accurate machine-ready programs
• Prepare fabrication and tagging lists from job packages
• Manage drawing control, ensuring all revisions and updates are accurately tracked and implemented
• Maintain control of material stock, including certification and traceability records
• Collaborate with the workshop teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Ensure all outputs meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines

About You / Requirements

• Strong knowledge of structural design and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Experience with CNC beamline programming and steel processing machinery
• Experience using Winbar and Winsteel software
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
