Job Description
- FIFO from Perth in a 2/2 roster

The Role
- Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service
- Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
- Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost‑effective operations
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service
The Person
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
- Able to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
