Your new role

This is a high-volume outbound sales role within a large, supportive team environment , where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business customers . You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, converting new business, and building long-term relationships across your portfolio. With strong leadership, team-based sales activity, and ongoing coaching, you’ll be set up for success while still owning your individual results.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium business (SMB) clients
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold and warm leads)
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Build, manage, and convert a consistent sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Work collaboratively within a large, team-based sales environment
  • Participate in call campaigns, sales sprints, and team initiatives
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Deliver a professional, positive customer experience

What you’ll need to succeed

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or call centre environments
  • Confidence managing high call volumes and structured sales activity
  • Experience working towards KPIs and targets in a team setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilience, drive, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage your own client portfolio and pipeline effectively

Highly regarded:

  • Previous experience managing SMB customers
  • Background in B2B, telco, utilities, insurance, or similar
