Permanent workshop role | Day shifts only | Even-time roster | Long-term opportunity Looking for a mining trade role that gives you great earning potential without the night shifts? MacKellar is looking for experienced Auto Electricians to join our permanent maintenance team at our Blackwater Workshop. You’ll work alongside a skilled maintenance crew, supporting a modern fleet of heavy mining equipment in a quality workshop environment.

With a 7/7 day-shift-only roster, competitive pay and long-term employment, this is a great opportunity to build a secure career while maintaining a genuine work-life balance.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a qualified Auto Electrician who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with heavy mobile equipment. You’ll need:

• Australian-recognised Auto Electrical Trade Qualification
• Previous experience working on heavy mining or earthmoving equipment
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence / Air Conditioning Ticket
• Current Queensland Driver Licence
• Strong electrical diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
• A commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a maintenance team
