Our client operates on one of the world’s largest zinc and lead deposits, located approximately 970 kilometres south-east of Darwin.
We are currently seeking experienced mining operators for ongoing work at an open pit, hard rock operation.
About the Role:

2:2 Dayshift Roster
-
12-hour shifts
-
FIFO from Darwin only (interstate flights not included)
-
Ongoing vacancy with the potential to go permanent with the client
-
Operation of Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Excavators and Loaders
-
Production mining, open pit
-
Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery
-
Work collaboratively within a high-performing team on site
-
Clean shaven mine site
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Haul Truck experience: Minimum 6 months (mandatory)
Proven experience on one or more of the following:

CAT D10 / D11 Dozer (tip heads & batters experience required)

CAT 16M / 18M Grader
-
CAT 993K Wheel Loader
-
CAT 992K Wheel Loader
-
Must hold RII tickets
-
Must have a current drivers license
-
Ability to pass pre-employment medical
