About the Role

Allround Operator – Projects +Road Crew FIFO | 2:1 or 2:2 Roster | Onslow, WA Are you an experienced Allround Operator looking for your next FIFO opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and versatile operator to join our Projects Team, supporting a range of civil, infrastructure, and site-based works across the Onslow region.

This role is predominantly project-focused; however, the successful candidate must be willing to support the Road Crew during quieter periods, assisting with general operational duties as required.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager and Supervisors, you will operate a variety of mobile plant and equipment while contributing to civil construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects across site.

While primarily assigned to projects, flexibility is essential, as you may be required to assist the Road Crew during quieter periods with activities including:

  • Labouring and general site duties
  • Delineation cleaning
  • Road sweeping
  • Road maintenance activities
  • General operational support as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain various types of mobile plant and equipment.
  • Assist with civil construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
  • Complete required safety and operational documentation.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and equipment care.
  • Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and operational requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve project goals safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with labouring and general operational tasks when required.

  • HR / HC / MC Driver's Licence
  • Excavator Ticket & Experience
  • Loader / IT Ticket & Experience
  • Skid Steer Ticket & Experience
  • White Card
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

  • Roller
  • Grader
  • Dozer
