Alliance Manager, Endeavour Energy - Lead, Influence & Grow a Distribution Network

UGL

Penrith, NSW
Residential

Job Description

Why this role

  • Long-term, stable alliance with a strong history and secured future.
  • Highly visible, client-facing role embedded within Endeavour Energy.
  • Real opportunity to grow the contract and scale delivery across NSW.
  • Autonomy to run the alliance day-to-day and shape future opportunities.
  • Company vehicle to support travel across NSW depots.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the Endeavour Energy alliance, stepping into an established partnership with strong foundations and genuine growth potential. The role is all about forecasting work, mobilising the right people and making it easy for the client to keep giving you more.

You’ll be based out of Endeavour depots and working closely with their teams day-to-day, so this is very much an embedded role, being visible, accessible and building trusted relationships across operations and leadership is key. The work sits firmly in the electricity distribution space, so you’ll need to be comfortable operating in ASP/DNSP environments, understanding how network work is planned, delivered and scaled — even if you’re not the technical expert in the room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Endeavour Energy alliance, acting as the key day-to-day interface and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Lead forecasting, planning and mobilisation of resources across electrical distribution work and projects.
  • Identify, scope, price and deliver work aligned to KPIs within agreed commercial frameworks.
  • Maintain strong governance, reporting, risk management and commercial discipline.
  • Stay visible onsite, providing regular updates and building confidence across the client network.

What we offer

  • Access our OneRewards Discount Program.
  • Discounted Medibank health insurance.
  • Participate in our Wellness Program with AIA Vitality.
  • Benefit from 16 weeks of paid primary parental leave.
  • Complimentary salary continuance insurance.
  • Shape your career with an Individual Development Plan.

About you

  • Strong experience in electricity distribution / ASP / DNSP environments.
  • Background across project, commercial or operations roles within utilities.
  • Experience managing long-term service contracts in a visible, client-facing capacity.
  • Commercially minded, with strengths in forecasting, pricing, contracts and cost control.
  • Comfortable leading and coordinating technical teams without needing to be the technical expert.
  • Relationship-driven and confident working closely within a client environment onsite.
