About the Role

Under the supervision of electrical engineers, the intern will participate in project implementation, according to engineering and CCR standards, for upgrading or modifying electrical systems at the plant, including:

• Draft work instructions for planning electrical works
• Be involved in problem solving (problem analysis, solution search and implementation)
• Use internal change-management tools FSG (modifications management) and SAP
• Modify electrical schematics and procedures
• Supervise commissioning of projects under their responsibility
• Manage equipment equivalences (comparative, equipment selection and commissioning)
• Support and train employees in their area

The candidate should have knowledge in the following areas:

• Knowledge of electrical distribution (low and medium voltage)
• Knowledge of instrumentation
• Knowledge of industrial automation (Siemens)
• Knowledge of industrial electricity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Be a full-time bachelor’s student in electrical engineering and plan to return to studies after the internship
• Be autonomous and have an analytical mindset for problem identification and resolution
• Be results-oriented
• Prioritise health and safety for themselves and colleagues in the workplace

• Salary: between 27.19$ and 29.78$ (depending on completed credits)
