Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolders

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

  • Consistent work either FIFO or local
  • Diverse project work across multiple sites/clients

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Erect, modify, and dismantle complex scaffolding safely to WA mining standards.
  • Read plans and design scaffolds to meet load and access requirements.
  • Lead crews, enforce safety procedures.
  • Inspect, tag, and maintain compliant, hazard-free structures.

What you’ll bring:

  • Working at heights, confined space (within 3 years)
  • Basic fire (within 4 years)
  • White card
  • HRWL (SA or SI)
  • Ability to pass an advanced scaffolding VOC, or hold one that you have paid for yourself
  • Valid drivers license
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Rio inducted (preferred)
