Monadelphous Heavy Lift delivers world-class lifting and shift solutions across major resource and infrastructure projects, operating alongside a modern, state-of-the-art crane fleet.

Due to continued growth across our Engineering Construction (EC) portfolio, we are seeking experienced Advanced Riggers (RA) to support a range of upcoming and ongoing Heavy Lift projects across the Pilbara and broader WA region.

About the Role

These opportunities will see you working across multiple large-scale EC projects, supporting a variety of clients and scopes within our Heavy Lift division. This role suits riggers who enjoy complex lift work, varied project exposure and working within high-performing, safety-focused crews.

You will be:

• Perth Point of Hire
• Working 2:1 FIFO rosters – 12-hour shifts (day and night shift)
• Supporting major Engineering Construction and Heavy Lift projects across various client sites
• Executing complex and engineered lift plans
• Working closely with Crane Operators, Supervisors and Engineers to deliver critical lift scopes
• Contributing to both planned and project-based construction activities
• These roles provide exposure across multiple projects while remaining part of the Monadelphous Heavy Lift team.

What You’ll Bring

• High Risk Work Licence – Advanced Rigging (RA) – essential
• Demonstrated experience in complex lifting operations within construction and/or Iron Ore environments
• Experience working on large-scale Engineering Construction projects
• Ability to interpret lift studies and engineered lift plans
• Dogging (DG) and Intermediate Rigging (RI) – highly regarded
• Current Working at Heights (WAH) and Confined Space tickets (desirable)
• Current HR Driver’s Licence (desirable)
• Full Australian working rights
