MACA are seeking a Plant Administrator for a permanent full-time position based in our Welshpool corporate office, working Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Planning Manager you will be responsible for collating and entering all maintenance data and will be required to assist other departments.

Key result areas include:
- Maintaining and updating the maintenance system.
- Assist with maintenance CMS training & support of site-based personnel.
- Maintain positive and effective relations with other functional departments both internal and external.
- Assist mining operations with general maintenance planning administration queries.
- Review project asset registers.
- Ensure asset registers are monitored, accurate and updated when assets are transferred.
- Support the Planning Manager in the ongoing development and implementation of maintenance strategies for all mining assets.
- Support the development and integration of new technologies across the mining business, i.e. remote control and automation systems, real time analytics of operational & financial data.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a mobile maintenance workshop is desireable but not essential.
- Intermediate computer literacy and proficient experience of Microsoft excel and word documents.
- Exposure to mobile maintenance equipment environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
