We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop their administrative capabilities within a large, fast-paced team environment.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who has completed, or is currently undertaking, a Certificate III in Business Administration and is looking to establish a strong foundation in business administration. The role provides valuable exposure to the Glencore Coal Assets Australia Shared Services function and the opportunity to gain practical experience across several key administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to a large team and multiple departments across the Shared Services function
- Assist with Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment administration
- Support Vendor Maintenance activities, ensuring supplier records are accurate and maintained within internal systems
- Provide administrative assistance with payroll-related tasks as required
- Maintain accurate data within internal systems and databases
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient day-to-day operations
- Manage incoming correspondence and respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration (completed or currently undertaking) desirable
- Basic understanding of business administration principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exposure to, or willingness to learn, enterprise systems such as SAP
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment will be advantageous but is not essential
