We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Environment & Sustainability to lead and embed best‑practice environmental management and sustainability across our portfolio. Based in Perth and reporting to the Executive General Manager – Development, this senior role is pivotal in enabling responsible growth, supporting project development, and ensuring compliance and performance across operations and future projects.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Exploration Manager, the Administration Geologist supports exploration activities by maintaining exploration data, supporting GIS and database systems, and compiling and submitting with statutory reporting. This role will be based on a 12-month fixed term, part-time basis.

Your Impact:

• Compilation of Annual Technical Reports, Extension of Term Reports and Surrender Reports for the Genesis Minerals group
• Preparation of maps and plans, extraction and validation of digital data, obtaining relevant exploration information held by the Mine Geology and Technical Services teams
• Liaising between the Exploration, Mining, Technical Services and Land & Tenure teams to collate applicable time working on projects that could be used for Form 5 expenditure in order to meet expenditure requirements
• Performing daily tasks ensuring accurate and timely delivery to all key stakeholders.
• Compilation and assessment of geological information.
• Assisting the Exploration teams in Perth, Leonora and Laverton as required.

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Geology or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a mining or exploration environment (gold preferred)
• Solid understanding of grade control and/or exploration workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with technical and operational teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
