Their expert team provides on-site support, diagnostics, and repairs, covering planned maintenance, breakdowns, machine relocations, shutdowns, and component repairs.
About the Role
- Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing front desk enquiries.
- Answer and direct phone calls and provide general reception support
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organised record-keeping systems
- Manage purchasing, receipting, accounts payable and receivable
- Assist management and team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and document preparation
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception and office environment
Key Responsibilities

About You / Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration or reception role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and purchasing processes
- Ability to support a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Suitable for a junior candidate with a willingness to learn and develop
