About the Company
This leading ASX listed company that is going through a growth phase is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team. This permanent full-time role will be based on site at their Woolloongabba offices, which does offer public transport options and paid parking options are also close by.
About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Invoicing customers
- Allocating of payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Handling account queries via phone and email
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous accounts receivable and invoicing experience within a medium to larger environment
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
