About the Role

The role: This role suits a capable Accounts & Finance Officer or Bookkeeper who enjoys structured, hands‑on finance work within a growing mining business.

In this role you will:

• Own end‑to‑end accounts payable and supplier onboarding
• Manage purchase orders, invoice coding, approvals and payments
• Work across multiple stakeholders and cost centres
• Support a busy project‑based environment with complex invoices
• Use established systems and processes that let you focus on doing the job properly
• You will be supported by an experienced Group Accountant who provides guidance without micromanagement and trusts you to work independently.
• The role is Perth office‑based and best suited to someone who values reliability, consistency and being counted on.

The Person

This suits someone with mining or project experience who enjoys transactional finance today but wants the option to grow their accounting exposure as the business develops.

• Ideally 3 -5 years experience
• Proven ability to work across various finance task, preferably bookkeeping
• Excellent communication skills.
