Our client is Australia's largest provider of industrial, safety, and workwear supplies. With 30+ Account Managers across WA, they operate a tight-knit, high-performing team that values growth, trust, and results. Proud of the role they play in supporting major projects across mining, government, and industry.
Reporting directly into the Store Manager**,**you'll be responsible for managing key accounts across WA, including high-profile clients from the mining and resources sector. Whether you're calling on customers, working out of the branch — your mission is to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting regular sales calls and site visits
- Building strong, trust-based customer relationships
- Planning strategies based on customer needs and market trends
- Managing internal stakeholder relationships and resolving supply issues
- Entering accurate data and reporting on customer activity and performance
- Operating on a 2-week structured call cycle, with full support and autonomy
- Staying compliant with safety processes and procedures
- Assisting in the branch when needed to ensure you are a part of the team collaboratively.
What You'll Bring
- A strong background in customer service ideally with Account Management experience
- Industry exposure to industrial, mining, construction, government, or manufacturing sectors is a bonus although not essential
- A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule (branch / on-road)
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety
- Must have full Australian working rights (sorry no holiday visa's)
