The Opportunity

Your initial focus will be on business development. Identifying, securing and growing new Facilities Management clients across Queensland. As your client portfolio grows, you'll transition into managing a profitable billing recruitment desk, partnering with our dedicated resourcing team to deliver outstanding talent solutions. You'll work with clients across Facilities Management, Property Services, Healthcare, Education, Government, Hospitality, Mining Villages, Cleaning and Support Services.

What you'll be doing

• Develop new business opportunities across Queensland
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Win preferred supplier agreements and exclusive partnerships
• Generate recruitment opportunities within your client portfolio
• Manage the full recruitment process as your desk grows
• Partner with internal teams to deliver quality candidates
• Achieve revenue, GP and business development targets

About you

• Agency recruitment experience (360 or Business Development)
• A proven track record of winning new clients
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
• Resilience, drive and a genuine hunger to succeed
• A passion for building long-term partnerships
• Facilities Management recruitment experience is highly regarded
