Join Newmont’s award-winning Vacation Program and spend 12 unforgettable weeks gaining hands-on experience at some of Australia’s leading gold and copper mining operations. Program Locations

  • Cadia (NSW): You'll work on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster in a dynamic and supportive environment. We will house you in student accommodation at CSU in Orange.
  • Boddington (WA): Experience a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roster (5:2 / 4:3) with village accommodation provided. Located just 130 km from Perth and 100 km from the beach, your weekends are free to explore!
  • Tanami (NT): Located approximately 540 km northwest of Alice Springs on Aboriginal freehold land, Tanami offers an 8:6 fly-in fly-out (FIFO) experience. You'll stay at a well-equipped camp just 40 km from site. Please note: Tanami applicants must be able to fly from Perth, Brisbane, Alice Springs, or Darwin only.

Our Recruitment Process
