About the Role
Newmont's Vacation Program offers a 12-week summer experience for aspiring geotechnical engineers, serving as a key pathway into our Graduate Program. Your adventure begins on 23 November 2026.
Program Locations
- Cadia (NSW): A three-hour drive from Sydney and Canberra. You'll work on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster. Housing is provided at CSU in Orange. Cadia offers exposure to world-class mining practices.
- Boddington (WA): Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roster (5:2 / 4:3) with village accommodation provided. Located 130 km from Perth and 100 km from the beach; weekends free to explore.
- Tanami (NT): 8:6 FIFO experience. Camp 40 km from site. Please note: Tanami applicants must be able to fly from Perth, Brisbane, Alice Springs, or Darwin only.
Our Recruitment Process
