What We Offer

• Casual Role: DIDO outage, located at Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW
• Roster: Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts
• Pay Rates: Competitive EBA rates + 25% casual loading + OT Penalties (from base rate) + Project Uplift + Site Allowances
• Other Benefits: Join a supportive team delivering Downers major Bayswater outage. LAFHA or Accommodation + Meal Allowance provided to distant workers

The Opportunity

• Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is looking for casual outage workers to provide outage services at the Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW.
• The work is set to begin around September 2026.
• Downer will be delivering mechanical and project services during the outage, which will include pressure piping replacements, ducting patch repairs, and damper installations.
