About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will provide administrative support to ensure training records, documentation and learner information are maintained accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing training documentation, maintaining electronic records, updating training databases and learning management systems, and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the training department.
We’re offering this opportunity as a Permanent Full-Time role, working 76 hours per fortnight. If you are someone who enjoys administration, values well run systems, and takes satisfaction in accurate, end to end processes - we’d love to meet you!

Section criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry
- Intermediate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills both orally and written
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with aXcelerate (desirable)
