Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to support major outage works within the power generation sector, with a strong focus on generator and turbine maintenance.

This role will commence in the Brisbane office, supporting the planning phase, before transitioning to site for project execution—offering full lifecycle involvement from strategy through to delivery.

You will play a key role in developing and managing integrated schedules, working closely with clients and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain integrated maintenance and shutdown schedules using Primavera P6.
• Provide accurate scheduling and project controls support across planning and execution phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate scheduling impacts.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and align project requirements.
• Support project setup including cost tracking, forecasting, and claims.
• Capture and report project performance using Earned Value and reporting systems.

• Proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler in major maintenance or outage environments.
• Advanced capability with Primavera P6 (essential).
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and project controls processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and high-performance outcome.
• Valid Australian work rights.
